Takeharu acoustic guitars are very nice looking well-made guitars with a distinctive headstock. Three-piece bookmarked-backs and even some tortoise-shell pickguards (may be faux-tortoise...anyone know? the real thing may have been more common back in the 60's and 70's)Some have laminate tops, others solid. Well-made and nice sounding guitars...
Someone gave me this guitar 11 years ago. I used to practice on it, but few years ago it had accident and the guitars head is broke. Now I have the opportunity to repair it and thats why after few years I took it from the basement. When I will be repair I will sent you how it sounds but I remember that everyone were enchanted by the sound :). I started to look some informations about this guitar and I could not find this model. But I'm impressed that somewhere are people who are interested in takeharu guitars. Sorry for my english. I belive I'm the only polish owner of takeharu folk guitar ;)
